3. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement and advance payment (if applicable).
- Customers must provide accurate details about goods, pickup, and delivery location.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided.
- Final charges may vary depending on actual goods, distance, or additional services.
- Full or partial payment must be made as per agreed terms before or at the time of delivery.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must declare all items, especially fragile, valuable, or hazardous goods.
- Important documents, cash, jewelry, and valuables should not be included in the shipment.
- Proper access (lift, parking, etc.) should be arranged at both locations.
6. Packing & Handling
We use quality packing materials and trained staff; however, minor damages may occur during transit due to unforeseen conditions.
7. Delay or Failure of Service
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Insurance
- Transit insurance (if opted) will be provided as per the policy terms.
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation must be informed in advance.
- Any advance payment may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the situation.
10. Limitation of Liability
SDN Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for:
- Loss or damage of undeclared items
- Delay due to unavoidable circumstances
- Indirect or consequential losses
